Diversities never end in India. This ancient nation of the world has developed a great multi-cultural heritage. Indian Music
Music in India is worship. It is way to please God and Goddess. It is also a way to cherish the life. Indian music basically consist of two varieties: Carnatic or South Indian music and Hindustani or North Indian music. Some other forms includes musics like folk, popular and pop.

Indian Dance
Dance has a very important place in Indian culture. It is a way to pay reverence to Gods and Goddess and also to represent the culture and ethos of a particular region or a cultural group. The popular forms of dances in India include Garba, Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Odissi, Yakshagana, Kuchipudi, Bhangra, Mohiniattam, Manipuri and Kathakali. India is perhaps the only country of the world for having a great variety of cuisines. You will the diversity in cuisine on region wise as well as community wise also. North Indian and South India cuisines are two major schools of Indian cuisine. North Indian meals include chapatis or rotis (wheat based) and rice as staples, eaten with dishes like dals, curries, yogurt, chutney and achars. South India dishes are rice, sambhar, rasam, yoghurt and curries being important side dishes. Tandoori chicken is one of the most popular dish of India.

Indian Craft
From north to south and from east to west, you will surprise to see how hardworking Indian people have created miracles by their fingers. Goa, Rajasthan and Kerala are worldwide known for their eco-friendly items prepared by rural people. Kashmiri shawl and fantastically embroidered Gujarati cholis are unique feature of Indian craft. Every region is known for some unique handcraft.
