Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
(Accommodation at Imperial Hotel)
On arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, Shubh Yatra India representative will greet and assist you to transfer you to the Imperial Hotel. After a traditional warm welcome at the hotel reception, check in. Later after lavish lunch, visit to the prominent temples around the hotel. In the evening enjoy dance show. In time return back to the hotel. Treat yourself to an authentic Indian dinner. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 2: Delhi – Agra
(Accommodation at Hotel Amarvilas)
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and drive to Agra – the home of Taj Mahal, India’s star attraction. Upon arrival in Agra in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Shubh Yatra India representative will assist you to transfer you to the Hotel Amarvilas. Check in the hotel and relax. Later proceed for sightseeing tour of Agra city. Visit Taj Mahal, Agra Fort (also known as Red Fort), Akbar’s Tomb, Itimad-ud-Daulah, and others. In the evening explore colorful local bazaars laden with souvenirs, handicrafts, etc. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Agra – Jaipur
(Accommodation at Hotel Rajvilas)
After hearty breakfast at the hotel drive to Jaipur – the capital of Rajasthan, India. En route, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, a ruined fort city set up by Mughal emperor Akbar. Explore palaces, mosques, pavilions, tombs, etc. Also visit to the Buland Darwaza – the largest gateway in the world. Upon arrival in Jaipur (Pink City), Shubh Yatra India representative will assist you to transfer you to the hotel. Check in and relax. In the evening, explore colorful bustling local bazaars laden with souvenirs, hand crafted items, beautiful jewellery, blue pottery, etc. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 4: Jaipur
(Accommodation at Hotel Rajvilas)
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then embark on full day sightseeing tours of Jaipur city and nearby locations. Firstly take an excursion trip to Amber Fort & Palace, situated atop a hill on the outskirt of Jaipur. The fort can be approached by treks or elephant rides. Take an elephant ride to arrive to the fort and feel like royal. Later visit City Palace (known for its excellent blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture, Chandra Mahal – Moon Palace, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum), Jantar Mantar (the finest of the 5 astronomical observatories built by Maharaja Jai Singh II), Hawa Mahal – the Palace of Winds (five-storied sandstone strange palace), Birla Temple (white marble Lord Vishnu Temple), Jaigarh Fort, Nahargarh Fort – a heritage hotel, etc. In time return back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 5: Jaipur – Pushkar
(Accommodation at Pushkar Resort)
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then drive to the Holy City – Pushkar (approx. 142 km from Jaipur). Upon arrival in Pushkar, Rajasthan, our representative will greet and assist you to transfer you to the designated resort. Relax. Later embark on sightseeing tour of Pushkar. Pushkar is the most sacred city to Rajasthan, India. The city is so sacred that here no meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, etc are allowed. The city is also known for its Annual cattle fair (Pushkar Fair & Festival). There are several temples in this city. The most famous temple is Brahma Temple which is only one in the whole world. Explore temples and visit to Pushkar lakes and Ghats. Return to the resort. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the resort.
Day 6: Pushkar – Deogarh
(Accommodation at Deogarh Mahal)
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Deogarh (250 km from Pushkar). Upon arrival at Deogarh, our representative will assist you to transfer you to the Deogarh Mahal. Relax. Enjoy lavish lunch with the descendents of the Maharajas of Jaipur. Later take a heritage tour of the castle. In the evening, explore local villages, traditional bazaars and interact with the local people. In time return to Mahal. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Mahal.
Day 7: Deogarh – Udaipur
(Accommodation at Hotel Udaivilas or Lake Palace)
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, take a 2 hour drive to the Romantic City – Udaipur. Upon arrival in the city of sunrise, palaces and lakes, Shubh Yatra India representative will assist you to transfer you to the hotel. Relax for a while. Explore colorful local bazaars. In the evening enjoy boat riding and other water activities at the lovely Pichola Lake. You may also shop at Shilpgram Craft Village. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 8: Udaipur – Mount Abu

After heart breakfast at the hotel, visit the City Palace Complex, Lake Palace, Lake Pichola, Jagdish Temple, Sheliyon-ki-Bari, etc. Later drive a 4 hour drive to Mount Abu (the only hill station of Rajasthan, India and famous for superb natural beauty, cool climate, and Dilwara Jain Temple). Upon arrival in Mount Abu, Shubh Yatra India representative will assist you to transfer you to the hotel. Refresh and relax. Explore the fabulous beauty of the surroundings and enjoy pleasant weather. Take a sunset boat ride and enjoy mesmerizing view of sunset. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 9: Mount Abu

Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and then embark on sightseeing tours of hill station cum green oasis. Visit the 11th and 13th century Dilwara Jain Temples. Spend rest of the day at leisure or in enjoying this green oasis with pleasant weather. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 10: Mount Abu – Jodhpur

Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and then take a 6 hour drive to Jodhpur – the Blue City. This city is 240 km away from Mount Abu. Upon arrival in the Sun City – Jodhpur, Shubh Yatra India representative will assist you to transfer you to the hotel. Check in at the hotel, refresh and relax. After lavish lunch at the hotel, go to visit the mammoth Mehrangarh Fort. Also explore the Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 11: Jodhpur

Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and then embark on sightseeing tour of the Sun City. Visit to the Moti Mahal (the Pearl Palace), Sheesh Mahal (the Palace of Mirrors), Seleh Khana, Daulat Khana, and Jaswant Thada Memorial. Day 12: Jodhpur – Jaisalmer

After hearty breakfast at the hotel, take a 5 hour drive to the desert city of Jaisalmer also popular known as the Golden City. Jaisalmer is 300 km away from Jodhpur. Upon arrival in Jaisalmer, Shubh Yatra India representative will assist you to transfer you to the hotel. Relax and spend rest of the day at leisure. In the evening, attend the cultural performances and explore the local bazaars of Jaisalmer. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 13: Jaisalmer

After hearty breakfast in the morning, proceed for sightseeing tours of the desert city. Visit to the Golden Fort (Sonar Kila), Manak Chowk, Patwon-Ki-Haveli, and Salim-Singh-Ki-Haveli. After lavish lunch at the hotel enjoy boat ride on Gadisar Lake and enjoy camel safari to Sam Sand Dunes. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 14: Jaisalmer – Bikaner

After hearty breakfast at the hotel, take a 5 hour drive to the Camel City – Bikaner (330 km from Jaisalmer) via Pokhran Fort for lunch. Day 15: Bikaner

Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then proceed for a sightseeing tour of Bikaner city. Visit the 15th century Junagarh Fort and its many palaces, pavilions, courts, and temples. Also visit the Lalgarh Palace, Camel Breeding Farm & Research Centre, Karni Mata Temple, and Rat Temples in Deshnok. In the evening enjoy boat ride on the Upper and Lower Lake. Return back to the hotel in time. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 16: Bikaner – Mandawa

Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and then take a 3 hour drive to Mandawa. Upon arrival in Mandawa, Shubh Yatra India representative will assist you to accommodate you into the Mandawa Castle Fort. Relax. After lavish lunch, take a heritage walk in the castle and explore the museum. Know about custom, culture, tradition, and rituals of Mandawa. In the evening enjoy candle-lit dinner and fire dances on the courtyards. Dinner and overnight stay will be in Mandawa.
Day 17: Mandawa – Delhi

After hearty breakfast at the hotel, embark on sightseeing tour of Mandawa popularly known as an open air art gallery for its many frescoed Havelis. Explore stunning Havelis and see beautiful paintings. Later, take a 6 hour drive to Delhi – the capital of India. Upon arrival in Delhi, Shubh Yatra India representative will assist you to transfer you to the hotel. Refresh and relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 18: Departure from Delhi
In the morning, after hearty breakfast at the hotel, embark on full day sightseeing tour of Delhi. Drive through the Rajpath and visit the Parliament, India Gate, President House, and Diplomatic Enclave. Later visit to the Jama Masjid – the largest mosque in India, Red Fort, Qutub Minar, Chandani Chowk, Raj Ghat, etc. After a farewell dinner at the hotel, Shubh Yatra India representative will assist you to transfer you to the IGI Airport in time to board flight for your onward/home destination. |
