| Duration: 04 Days/03 Nights Places Covered: Cochin - Kumarakom - Alleppey - Cochin Day 01: Cochin Upon arrival at the Cochin International Airport in Cochin, South India, you will be greeted by Shubh Yatra India representative. Then you will be escorted to your designated hotel. After relax, change, wash and lunch, embark on sightseeing tour of Cochin City covering Fort Cochin, Jew town, Jewish Synagogue, Mattancherry Dutch Palace, St Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Nets, Bolgatty Palace, etc. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel. Day 02: Cochin – Kumarakom After an early morning breakfast, depart for Kumarakom. Upon arrival in Kumarakom, Kerala, Shubh Yatra India representative will greet and assist you to transfer you to the designated hotel. After luxurious lunch at the hotel embark on sightseeing tour of Kumarakom, Kerala. Explore Kumarakom and its neighboring places. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel. Kumarakom: Kumarakom is one of the most popular travel destinations of Kerala, India. It is famous as a unique backwater destination situated on the banks of lovely Vembanad Lake. During traveling in Kumarakom, you will also have opportunity for bird viewing in Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. In the sanctuary you will have opportunity to see migratory birds from across the world. It is, truly, a much like bird watching centre. Kumarakom is also popular as backwater destination and for houseboat cruises. Day 03: Kumarakom – Alleppey – Backwaters Have a hearty breakfast in the morning and proceed to Alleppey. Upon arrival, Shubh Yatra India representative will assist you to accommodate into Houseboat. Enjoy houseboat cruise on breathtaking backwater sailing through paddy fields, villages, coconut lagoons, narrow canals, etc. Diner will be onboard the houseboat where traditional Kerala food will be served. Overnight stay will be onboard. Day 04: Cochin – Departure Morning, it is the time to bid fare. Shubh Yatra India representative will assist you to transfer you to airport/railway station for you home destination. |
